- Indianapolis is committed to a Tri-Diocesan Companion Partnership with Sudan and Brazil. The Diocese has contributed $5,000. for 2007 and 2008. Individual parishes contributed about $20,000. to each diocese. About $15,000. contributions are going toward an after school education program in five congregations in Brasilia and a well digging project for a growing community in the Diocese of Bor. Their relationship was deepened with a walking to Emmaus Consultation when all got together in Spain.
- Working with Camp Coast Care in Mississippi members of the diocese built a home in Pass Christian which was completed in May 2008.
- The Diocese of Indianapolis has a strong companion diocese program with Brasilia and Bor in a three way covenant. While that is the primary focus at present, there is strong mission engagement in a number of mission settings.
